  • It is free to create a Wings Access account. When you are ready to release music we have 2 pricing options:

    Basic Tier - £49 per year

    • Unlimited Releases to all digital stores

    • Analytics Dashboard

    • Up to 3 Artists 

    • Artist Revenue Splits (we will pay your collaborators directly)

    • Free ISRC and UPC creation or use your own

    • Custom Label Name

    • Dedicated Artist Support Team


    Pro Tier - £99 per year

    • Everything in Basic Tier

    • Up to 100 Artists

    • Consideration for inclusion in our weekly pitches to editors at major streaming platforms

    • Eligible for submission to our network of third party playlists on streaming platforms, including our own Wings Playlists

    • Your releases have a chance of being featured on our social media channel and highlighted in our monthly email newsletters.

  • The Wings Access Pro Tier is an upgrade for Artists who have professional quality music and want the opportunity to get their music considered for editorial and third party playlist pitching. 

    For your release to be eligible for editorial pitching, your release must be delivered at least 4 weeks prior to release date.

    Being a Pro Tier artist does not guarantee your music will be pitched to the editorial teams. Our team pick the best releases each week that are of a professional standard that we believe have the best chance of editorial playlist placement.

    Please note, Wings Access will charge 10% commission on the streaming royalties from that specific track when it is selected for playlist pitching. Artists can opt out of playlist pitching if they don’t want the 10% commission applied.

  • Upgrading to Pro Tier means:

    1. Your release will be listened to and considered for inclusion in our weekly pitches to editors at the major streaming platforms. 

    2. Your music will be eligible for submission to our network of third party playlists on streaming platforms, including our own Wings Playlists.

    3. Your releases have a chance of being featured on our social media channel and highlighted in our monthly email newsletters.

  • It’s so easy to upgrade today. Just head to your Access Dashboard click the “Extras” tab → ProTier Upgrade

  • Playlist pitching is when a release is submitted to a playlist curator. For our Pro Tier artists, the Wings Access team can pitch your song directly to playlist editors at streaming services, as well as to our network of third-party playlist curators to give your song the best chance of being heard.

  • ItemTo give your release the best chance of inclusion in our pitching to streaming platforms, third party playlists and our own Wings playlists, we strongly recommend that:
    1) Your release is uploaded to Wings Access at least 4 weeks prior to your desired release date.

    2) You have utilised the pitching tools available on streaming platforms such as Apple Music For Artists, Spotify For Artist and Amazon For Artists.

    Being a Pro Tier artist does not guarantee your music will be pitched to the editorial teams.

  • A member of the Wings Access team listens to every release by our Pro Tier artists weekly and hand picks releases that will be included in our weekly pitching. If your song is selected, you will receive an email from our team, usually 3 weeks prior to your release date, with further instructions and next steps.


    Pitching does not guarantee your release will be on an editorial playlist. Unfortunately, do not receive feedback on editorial decisions.

  • Yes! You will retain 100% ownership of your music.

    You grant Wings Access a non-exclusive license to distribute your release(s) to the retailers you select. 

  • No! 100% of the royalties we receive go straight to the artist. 

    For our Pro Tier artists, Wings Access charges a 10% commission on the streaming royalties earned from any track selected for playlist pitching. However, artists have the option to opt out of playlist pitching if they prefer to avoid the 10% commission.

  • Yes! We have a simple and straightforward process in place to allow artists to move music currently distributed through another company to us, without losing any stream counts or data. We’ve put together a step by step guide here.

  • We are here to help and support you!

    You can contact the support team by creating a ticket specific to your release through your Wings Access Dashboard (Extras → Submit a ticket) and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.

  • Yes!

    There are 2 main places you can upload your lyrics to be shown in stores:

    1. For Instagram, use musixmatch.com

    2. For Apple Music, use genius.com

    Register an account with these services to upload your lyrics and make them available to users on these services.

  • Yes! It is possible for artists to release cover versions of songs, without needing a license or permission.

    Thanks to blanket agreements in place with music rights holders, it is possible for artists to release cover versions of songs for streaming, without needing a license or permission.

    The only scenario in which a cover license is required, is if you would like your release to be available for download (e.g. iTunes etc)

    To make the process easier for you, we have partnered with Easy Song. Once you have obtained your license, email it to artist support so we can make the track available for download.

  • While it is understandable that the modern artist may use AI to assist them with their production, we will not deliver content that includes completely AI vocals. 

    The most important thing, for us, is that artists are not trying to mimic a real voice or the voice of another person, through AI.

  • Bands Not Gangs is an organization that believes musical involvement will reduce gangsterism and therefore reduce crime.
